Why are there no dates or rates listed?
The Quest Travel Group operates spiritual journeys for pre-formed groups of 15 or more. The programs on this website are suggested itineraries and not pre-booked tours.
The best itinerary may be your own. We specialize in custom itineraries!
Group Leaders: Your groups departure date is up to your preference. Rates are dependent on each groups preferred departure date, the expected size of the group and other variables. Contact us to tell us your groups needs, preferences and options. The Quest Travel Group will then present you with a quote tailored to your groups journey.
Group Members: Your Countdown to your Journey of a Lifetime!
Prior to Departure:
- Enrollment—complete the
registration form for your journey & send it, along with
your deposit, to the contact indicated on the
registration form. Your
registration cannot be processed without a deposit.
Registering passengers be sent their travel documentation kit and invoice/statement. You will only receive one invoice. - 70 Days Full remaining balance due* . The exact due date can be found on your invoice/statement and in the Terms & Conditions of the Registration Form.
- 2-4 weeks Receive your final package from your Group Leader, containing airline tickets, air/hotel schedule & contact information, name & luggage tags.
* Can be sent earlier.
General Information
Airport Transfers: The Quest Travel Group arranges transfers to and from the airport at your foreign destination. Passengers are responsible for their transportation to and from New York City departure airport.
Single/Double Occupancies & Roommates: The number of available single occupancy rooms are limited and are allocated on a first come-first served basis at the supplement indicated on your registration form. Passengers who wish double occupancy, and do not indicate a preferred roommate, will be assigned one of the same gender wherever possible. However, it is possible that there will be an odd number of passengers without roommates in your group who wish double occupancy. In this event, the “odd person out” will become a single occupant and charged the single supplement.
Travel Documentation Kit: Upon receipt of your registration, you will be sent a documentation kit containing your invoice/statement, payment vouchers and travel-related documents including -
- Country information for your destination(s)
- General travel information & tips
- TSA Security
- Customs information
- Travel insurance information
Air Tickets / Final Package: Your final package containing airline tickets, air/hotel schedule & contact information, name tag, & luggage tags will be sent to your Group Leader about 2-4 weeks prior to departure.
Registrations & Payments: All registrations & payments are made to the contact on your registration form and invoice/statement.
Make your payments in the form of check, money order or cashier's check. Credit card payments can be accepted - MasterCard & Visa only. To pay by credit card - download and print the Credit Card Authorization Form. Follow the instructions on the form and mail it to the Quest Travel Group (hard-copy original only.) Note that there is a 3% bank processing fee for credit card payments.
Remaining balance due date is based on your departure date and can be found on the Terms & Conditions of the registration form and at the bottom of your invoice.
Travel Insurance: Insurance information is included in your Travel Documentation Kit. Passengers contact and enroll with the insurance company directly.
Cancellations & Penalties: Passenger cancellation penalties vary, depending on the timing of the cancellation—the closer to your departure date, the higher the penalty. The specifics are found on the Terms & Conditions of your registration form. Cancellations must be made in writing via mail or email.
Passports, Visas, Immunizations: Passengers are solely responsible for their passports. Passports must be valid up to 6 months after your scheduled return or you will not be cleared through security. The Quest Travel Group will process any necessary visas for US citizens only. Visa requirements vary by country. Non-US citizens are responsible for obtaining any necessary visa(s) for the country(s) you will be entering. The Quest Travel Group is not responsible for the consequences of improper passenger documentation. If you are not a US citizen, contact your consulate for the Visa requirements for your country.
Most destinations have no special immunization requirements. You will be notified if any are required for your tour.
Fuel Surcharges, Exchange Rates: Your rates are based on the fuel surcharges and applicable currency exchange rate(s) as of the date of quotation to your host/group leader, which may change up to 30 days prior to departure. Please note that this disclaimer is indicated on your Brochure & Registration Form. Significant changes (up or down) will be passed on to the group members.
